In a few moments we will be redirecting you to our secure intake form. That information will guide us to prepare you for the best exercise-coaching experience possible. Our goal is to move you to a higher level of health and fitness, and it starts with you.

We believe in full financial transparency. There is a one-time intake fee of $199. This is so we can give our intake and assessment specialists plenty of time to review your information, contact you for a followup call (or calls), answer your questions, then recommend a coach. After that it”s just $149 per month.

Once you complete this short form and make the initial intake payment you will be redirected to our longer, secure intake form. Please take the time to fill that out slowly and thoughtfully.

You can expect us to reach out to you within 48 hours to review your information. You are then welcome to interview any of our coaches prior to making a final decision on who will be your new coach.
